2nd Shift RSA Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:00pm to10:00pm )
- Operate RSA machinery to meet production schedules.
- Perform 1st piece approval and part measurements using basic metrology tools.
- Lubricate and maintain machine components (motor slides, vises, ball screws, etc.).
- Monitor oil levels, change cutting tools safely, and input measurements accurately.
- Clean and maintain machine and surrounding areas daily.
- Follow safety regulations, TS16949, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Document production activities, adjustments, and maintenance tasks.
- Assist with minor troubleshooting as needed.
- Participate in overtime as required.
2nd Shift RSA Machine Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in production machine operation.
- Basic CNC or Swiss lathe knowledge preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and use manual measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent attendance and reliability.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
