Customer Service Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Works with other department positions to provide an efficient, accurate, and pleasant customer service experience
- Acts as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in the administration of accounts.
- Verifies on-hand inventory is sufficient to cover shipping orders.
- Interfaces with customers via phone, email, and counter.
- Interacts with drivers and completes customer paperwork as product is shipped or received.
- Responds promptly to emails, inquiries, and complaints in a courteous manner.
- Accurately manage customer holds and releases in conjunction with the Inventory Control Department.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Phone duties, greeting visitors
- Understands computer and office systems
- Organization and working with detailed records
- Schedule appointments
- Email etiquette and writing skills
- Word and Excel experience & Google Apps experience
- Teamwork, communication, patient, friendly, and customer service understanding.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
