1st Shift Endform Setup Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.40 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:00pm )
- Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs
- Conduct 1st piece approval using basic metrology equipment
- Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting as needed
- Support production operations once setup requirements are met
- Read and interpret production schedules and work orders for tooling maintenance or replacement
- Verify and maintain tooling, gages, and fixtures in proper calibration and condition
- Train and support operators on endform processes and ensure documentation is complete
- Perform random quality checks to maintain product standards
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, leads, and team members
- Follow all safety regulations (OSHA, TS16949) and company policies
- Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
1st Shift Endform Setup Technician Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Prior setup or lead experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical documents
- Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and maintain professionalism
- Strong attendance record and willingness to work overtime as needed
