Sales Representative Details:
Direct Hire position- $
45,000.00 to $ 55,000.00 / annually First Shift
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the area by targeting pool cage and patio enclosure installation companies, contractors, and builders.
- Client Acquisition: Leverage your existing network of industry contacts to generate leads, secure new clients, and build long-term partnerships with businesses in the pool and patio enclosure sector.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets, focusing on B2B sales of pool cage, patio cage, and railing materials.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while fostering new connections, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including aluminum extrusions, screening materials, and railing systems, to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pool cage, patio cage, or aluminum enclosure industry, with a strong understanding of materials such as aluminum extrusions, screening, and railing systems.
- Established Network: A proven network of contacts with pool and patio enclosure installation companies, contractors, and builders in the area is mandatory.
- Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the construction or outdoor living industry.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the market, including local building codes, industry trends, and key players in the pool and patio enclosure sector.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and p
