Production Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.75 to $ 19.75 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
- Multiple 8-10 hours shifts available
- Produce Modules consistent with the proper work
- Ensure daily production requirements to ensure on-time, in-sequence delivery to our Customer(s)
- Inspection of parts as they are being assembled, inspecting for part defects.
- Perform production tasks at each station following the approved Work Instructions
- Communication with all team members and supervisors regarding Safety, Quality, and Production
- Participate in problem resolution to ensure prompt results
- Follow rotation schedules as assigned by the Supervisor
- Report defects in equipment that may endanger a worker to the Supervisor
- Ensure Quality Alerts and deviations are adhered to when performing assembly
- Completion of required paperwork
- Other duties as assigned
Production Operator Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Willing to be flexible with schedules
- Steel Toe shoes/boots
- Standing and walking for the entire shift
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Bending, twisting, stooping, reaching and stretching
- The facility is not climate-controlled. During the summer months, temperatures can become very hot, while in the winter, it can get quite cold. Employees should be prepared to work in varying temperature conditions.
