Bilingual CSR
Our logistics warehouse is located in Edgerton, KS. As a Customer Service Representative, you will keep things moving! You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, handle paperwork, schedule shipments, and help keep everything on track behind the scenes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love problem-solving, this role is for you!
Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30amAMN - 4:30PM

Bilingual CSR Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Accommodating truck drivers in person with appointments, inbound and outbound door assignments, and providing correct paperwork upon departure.
- Taking inbound/outbound appointments via phone and email from carriers and owner/operators.
- Assisting our customer with special requests.
- Ensuring all phone calls are answered and emails are responded to within a prompt manner.
- General data entry/clerical tasks.
- Manually enter inbound/outbound transactions and orders into warehouse management system.
- Post outbound transactions in warehouse management system and customer’s warehouse management system with extreme emphasis on accuracy and punctuality.
- Double-check all data entry to ensure accuracy.
- Assemble all inbound/outbound packets with all required documentation accordingly.
- Assist operators with daily needs.
Bilingual CSR Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English ( Required).
- High School Diploma or GED required. Comfortable with Microsoft Office and ready to learn warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
