Tig Welders Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSunday )
- Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on various metals.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment.
- Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Tig Welders Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of welding experience (industrial, structural, or fabrication).
- Proficient in MIG/TIG/Stick welding (specify which is most important for your shop).
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Welding certifications preferred but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation and good work ethic.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
