Warehouse Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.75 to $ 22.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Support day?to?day warehouse operations including picking, packing, sorting, labeling, and material handling
- Perform inventory tasks such as counting, tracking, and reporting discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment as assigned (manual pallet jacks, RF scanners; forklifts if trained)
- Assist with value?added services such as kitting, pick & pack, quality screening, and cross?docking Complete basic administrative and documentation tasks accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
- Follow all warehouse safety rules, quality standards, and company procedures
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and customer service goals
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast?paced warehouse environment
Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
- Previous forklift or similar warehouse equipment experience preferred
- Manufacturing and/or warehouse experience
- Good work history with reliable attendance
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast?paced environment
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Basic computer and RF scanner experience preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
