A Nashville-based located in Lebanon TN custom display manufacturer is looking for reliable and detail-oriented associates to join their production team. This role involves hands-on work assembling, preparing, and finishing retail and promotional displays for shipment across the country.

Shipping & Receiving Clerk Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Pick and pack orders according to shipping instructions
- Prepare products for shipment, including labeling, wrapping, and palletizing
- Verify shipping information, complete paperwork, and update tracking systems
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment safely (training provided if needed)
- Load trucks and containers for outgoing shipments
- Inspect and report any damaged goods before shipping
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Assist with inventory control and cycle counts when needed
Shipping & Receiving Clerk Qualifications:
- Previous shipping, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Basic computer and data entry skills (shipping software or scanners a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and team-player attitude Forklift certification a plus (training available)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
