Inventory & Accounting Coordinator


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Accounting Coordinator to manage inventory control and bookkeeping tasks within our manufacturing environment.

Inventory & Accounting Coordinator Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $20.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and perform regular stock counts.
  • Coordinate inventory replenishment based on production schedules and sales forecasts.
  • Monitor and track raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, ensuring proper stock rotation.
  • Input and update financial data, including sales, purchases, and inventory transactions in accounting software. 
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and payments, ensuring timely and accurate bookkeeping. 
  • Collaborate with the production team to align inventory with manufacturing needs and maintain efficient workflow.
  • Generate inventory and financial reports for management to assist in decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing budgets, cost analysis, and financial statements.
  • Support compliance with manufacturing standards and regulatory requirements.

Inventory & Accounting Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inventory control and bookkeeping, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and inventory management systems (e.g., ERP software).
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
