Accounting Clerk
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Representative with 5+ years of proven AP/AR experience to join our team.

Accounting Clerk Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Process daily invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure all bills are paid and properly filed
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Answer and place calls to customers and vendors as needed
- Follow up with customers to ensure payment commitments are met
- Provide back-up support to the Receptionist as needed
- File and organize documents
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment while working independently when required
- Perform additional administrative or accounting-related duties as assigned
Accounting Clerk Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of AP/AR experience required
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be dependable, professional, and eager to take ownership of responsibilities
