We're looking for hardworking & reliable Rockstar's for Week and Weekend Shifts in General Production with a large tea packaging company in Boise, ID.

General Production Worker Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.95 to $ 17.54 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughSunday )
- Palletize cases, unpack/pack units in master cartons and apply labels. Perform rework requirements on packaged product as needed.
- Conduct Quality Assurance inspections.
- Sweep area between workstations and remove any trash in these areas.
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and Food Safety and Quality processes.
- Perform other warehouse or production related duties as assigned by management.
General Production Worker Qualifications:
- Education & Experience : High school education or GED and/or up to one-year related experience or training.
- Language Skills : Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to supervisor and other employees of the organization.
- Mathematical Skills : Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
- Reasoning Ability : Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
- Physical Requirements : Production employees will stand/walk for long periods of time and also : bend, sit, touch, or feel, reach with hands and arms, speak and hear. The employee must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs. Must be able to walk/climb stairs.
- Work Environment : Production employees are regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually medium to high.
