Elwood Staffing is hiring an Order Entry Clerk in Longview, Tx! Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, some Saturdays as needed. $17/hr!

Order Entry Clerk Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Some Saturdays as needed
- Entering data into databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Checking entered data against source documents for errors and inconsistencies.
- Maintaining and updating existing records, organizing and filing digital and physical documents.
- Locating and retrieving information from databases and files as needed.
- Assisting with the creation of reports based on the data entered and maintained.
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Communicating with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve issues.
- Receive orders via telephone, email, and other methods.
- Provide customers with product specifications.
Order Entry Clerk Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of previous experience in an office setting performing data entry, administrative duties, or related tasks is required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
