Quality Inspector

Quality Inspector Details:
Direct Hire position- $
40,000.00 to $ 45,000.00 / annually First Shift
- Inspect incoming materials for color match, core size, unwind direction, and defects.
- Monitor production lines for print clarity, registration, and color consistency.
- Perform final pallet quality checks before shipment, ensuring accuracy and defect-free products.
- Execute quarantine procedures for nonconforming products, update records, and coordinate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate quality records, complete NCMRs, and conduct required product tests.
- Prepare and verify customer samples and pilot program shipments.
Quality Inspector Qualifications:
- Prior experience in quality inspection or manufacturing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to detect visual and dimensional defects.
- Proficient in documenting findings and maintaining accurate records.
- Effective communicator, able to report and resolve quality concerns promptly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment with shifting priorities.
