First Shift Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:30pm )
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe performance
- Perform routine machine adjustments and basic maintenance
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality specifications
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
First Shift Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred; training available for motivated candidates
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to follow written instructions and read measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.)
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
