Quality Document Specialist
This role will be responsible for managing communications with ingredient suppliers via email and phone, ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards, and coordinating closely with internal departments.

Quality Document Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:30am to05:00pm )
- Communicate effectively with ingredient suppliers through email and phone.
- Review and verify QA documentation against product specifications.
- Ensure regulatory documentation is accurate and complete.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities with a strong sense of urgency.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook for tracking and communication.
Quality Document Specialist Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with ingredient suppliers and QA processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Background in Quality Assurance
- Experience in the nutraceutical industries.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
