Production Supervisor
Shift Production Supervisor is responsible for managing and leading a team of production and temporary employees to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of goods in accordance with FDA, GMP, and company standards. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and on time while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Production Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Saturday throughWednesday from 12:01am to12:01am )
- Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, OSHA, and internal safety and quality standards
- Supervise and lead production team members, including temporary staff, in accordance with company policies and legal regulations
- Train employees on production procedures and ensure productivity and quality standards are met
- Work directly on the line as needed to fill gaps and maintain production flow
- Identify and communicate any mechanical or electrical issues to Maintenance and Production Manager immediately
Production Supervisor Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Knowledge of SOPs, safety procedures, and compliance standards
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-based environment
