We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing finance team.
This individual will be responsible for managing the company’s payables, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal departments.

Accounts Payable Clerk Details:
Temporary position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Process and code vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure timely payment of invoices and adherence to payment terms
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records
- Assist in month-end closing and reporting related to accounts payable
- Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice or payment issues
- Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards Support audits by providing necessary documentation
Accounts Payable Clerk Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
