Machine Operator
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Injection Molding Machine Operator to operate and maintain injection molding machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidates will ensure the production of high-quality plastic parts according to specifications while adhering to safety and quality standards

Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.80 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 10:30pm to07:00am )
- Set up, start, stop, and operate injection molding machines and related equipment.
- Monitor machine operations and adjust parameters to ensure quality output.
- Load raw materials (plastic pellets) into machines and ensure proper material flow.
- Perform regular quality checks on parts (visual inspection, measurements, etc.). Remove finished products from molds and trim excess material as needed.
- Record production data and machine downtime.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Clean and maintain work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Work closely with quality control and maintenance teams.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulation
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED); technical certification is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in injection molding or a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to operate injection molding machines and use hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and mechanical skills.
- Willingness to work nights including Sundays
