Mixer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
14.00 to $ 16.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- 1st shift: 6am-6pm
- 2nd shift 6pm-6am
- Operate industrial mixing equipment to blend confectionery ingredients (e.g., pecans, caramel, chocolate coatings, inclusions) following precise recipes and batch specifications.
- Prepare raw materials—measuring, weighing, inspecting—for processing consistency.
- Monitor machine operation, ensure proper mixing times and batch integrity, and adjust settings as needed.
- Maintain detailed batch logs and documentation for quality and traceability.
Mixer Qualifications:
- Frequent lifting (up to 55 lbs), standing, bending, and working in warm, noisy environments.
- Standing, walking, bending, and working in varying temperatures—particularly heat.
- Some roles involve long shifts (12 hours), with loud machinery and heat exposure.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
