Fiberglass Grinder
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Finisher / Grinder to join our team. This role involves grinding, sanding, trimming, polishing, and finishing fiberglass or similar materials using both hand and power tools.

Fiberglass Grinder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Maintain production output within quality and safety standards
- Perform finishing operations: grind, sand, clean, polish, and trim parts
- Mark and correct defects; verify quality of finished pieces
- Read and interpret job specifications, material types, and finishing instructions
- Select appropriate tools and abrasives based on materials and specifications
- Load, position, and remove workpieces using equipment or by hand
Fiberglass Grinder Qualifications:
- Lift and carry 15–50 lbs regularly; up to 100 lbs occasionally Stand, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motion throughout shift
- Maintain arm-hand steadiness and multi-limb coordination
- Manual dexterity, control precision, and ability to react quickly required
- Exposure to vibration, loud noise, fumes, dust, and chemicals
- Work near moving mechanical parts and in high-temperature environments
- Must be comfortable shouting over ambient plant noise when necessary
- Basic math and counting skills
