Leadership Training Specialist Details:
Direct Hire position- $
80,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Design & Deliver Leadership Training – Develop and facilitate training programs for new and existing leaders, including monthly sessions and specialized bootcamps.
- Coach & Develop Talent – Support new and underperforming leaders with coaching, development plans, and performance improvement strategies.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with site leadership, HR, and corporate teams to align training initiatives and fulfill company-wide development goals.
- Maintain Training Programs & Records – Coordinate training schedules, track participation, manage certifications, and report on development outcomes. Drive
- Culture & Compliance – Promote a high-performance culture through leadership tools, audits, and adherence to safety, food quality, and company standards.
Leadership Training Specialist Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong ability to write reports, procedures, and business correspondence.
- Skilled in presenting and communicating with groups of managers, employees, and candidates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer use for training records and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example, coach others, and work collaboratively across departments.
