Production Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 to $ 16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to06:00pm )
- Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers across assigned lines or departments
- Ensure production schedules are met and products are made to specification
- Monitor output to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of finished goods
- Adjust personnel or workflow to keep operations running efficiently, especially during changeovers or downtime
Production Lead Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a food manufacturing or similar production environment
- Prior leadership or line lead experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of GMPs, food safety protocols, and production documentation
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (bilingual Spanish/English is a plus)
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with physical demands (standing, lifting, etc.)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
