Welding Supervisor Details:
Direct Hire position- $
65,000.00 / annually Second Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to01:00am )
- Direct and coordinate the activities of welders
- Ensure efficient and safe production of welded components for trailers.
- Oversee personnel
- Manage workflow
- Implement quality control
- Contribute to a safe work environment
Welding Supervisor Qualifications:
- A strong background in welding, specifically with all-hands MIG welding
- A minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience
- Experience in trailer manufacturing a plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
