4-5 week contract, $25/hr, starts Monday August 4th.

Property Maintenance Tech Details:
Temporary position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 09:00am to06:00pm )
- Working as a lead and mentor to on-site maintenance personnel
- Assist in the troubleshoot/repair of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical problems.
- Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings
- Assist in preparation of market-ready units, including removing trash from vacant rooms (Trash outs) prior
- Assist Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager and perform assigned maintenance tasks promptly.
- Assist in the cleaning of available apartments and or models.
- Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouses, and common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Participate in monthly safety meetings, ensure all MSDS sheets are current and readily accessible.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Property Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define and correct problems.
- Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication skills to effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a maintenance technician role required.
- One (1)+ years' experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
- HVAC certification preferred or a minimum of in-depth knowledge of HVAC maintenance troubleshooting.
- Computer literacy preferred.
