FABRICATION
The Fabrication Lace-Up Worker is responsible for assembling and lacing components of finished goods, industrial products. This role requires attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and basic hand-tool use.

Use hand tools and machinery to install lace-up hardware. Assemble materials according to work orders, blueprints, or templates. Visually inspect work for accuracy, quality, and defects. Maintain production goals and report any equipment or material issues.

FABRICATION Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:00pm )
Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to specifications. Align, lace, and fasten pieces together using lacing tools, cord, or wire. Inspect lacing work for tightness, uniformity, and overall quality. Follow detailed work orders, blueprints, or diagrams for fabrication requirements. Use hand tools, clamps, and industrial lacing machines as needed. Maintain clean and organized workstations. Adhere to safety procedures and company standards at all times
FABRICATION Qualifications:
A RESUME NEEDS TO BE SUBMITTED IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Manufacturing or light assembly experience is required. Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination. Able to stand for long periods and lift materials up to 50 lbs. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
