IT Operations Analyst
We're seeking an IT Operations Analyst to provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network devices in our manufacturing and office environments. You'll assist with installations, troubleshooting, documentation, and basic security measures—all while helping to keep our technology running smoothly.

IT Operations Analyst Details:
Temporary position- $
40.00 to $ 65.00 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to12:00pm )
- Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, scanners, and printers
- Troubleshoot basic network and wireless issues
- Install/configure hardware and software using standard procedures
- Document processes and train end users
- Follow ITIL-based practices for support and change management
- Assist with IT projects and security improvements
IT Operations Analyst Qualifications:
- Barcode hand scanners and label printer experience is required
- Bachelor's degree or upper-level Information Systems coursework
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Desire to grow in enterprise IT
- Preferred: Experience with enterprise IT support, ITSM tools (e.g., RemedyForce), certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL), and knowledge of Windows, iOS/Android, Cisco/Meraki, and cloud technologies
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
