Door Shop Foreman
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Door Shop Employee to join our team. This role involves assembling pre-hung interior and exterior fiberglass doors in a fast-paced shop environment. The ideal candidate is handy with tools, detail-oriented, and able to follow measurements and instructions accurately. Responsibilities include cutting, fitting, and assembling door units, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Candidates must be able to lift to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Prior experience in manufacturing, carpentry, or construction is ideal.

Door Shop Foreman Details:
Direct Hire position- $
65,000.00 / annually Salaried
- Lead, supervise, and motivate door shop employees to meet daily production goals
- Participate hands-on in assembling pre-hung interior and exterior fiberglass doors
- Train team members on techniques, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Monitor workflow and make adjustments to meet deadlines and productivity goals
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with management regarding progress and challenges
- Track materials and supplies to minimize downtime
- Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members
Door Shop Foreman Qualifications:
- Previous experience in door assembly, woodworking, or similar manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and team-building skills Hands-on experience in production or assembly settings
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow precise measurements
- Mechanical aptitude and experience operating tools and machinery
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
- Experience with Dotul or similar pre-hung door machinery preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
