Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.60 to $ 19.60 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to01:30am )
- 1st Shift and 2nd Shift Available!
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot machinery used in the production and packaging of lawn and garden products
- Set up machines and perform changeovers as needed
- Monitor production output and ensure proper labeling and packaging
- Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Follow all company safety procedures, including use of PPE and lockout/tagout
- Maintain accurate production records and logs
- Assist with loading raw materials and removing finished products
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and operational procedures
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
