Customer Service/Warehouse Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
Duties:
- Process all inbound and outbound Manifests and Bills of Lading (BOL)
- Maintain accurate records in both WMS and client SAP systems
- Coordinate with material handlers, customer service reps, truck drivers, and clients to ensure high-quality service
- Assist with unloading and loading trailers to support warehouse operations
- Use automated systems (FedEx, UPS) to ship small parcel freight
- Maintain and audit daily metrics logs and spreadsheets
- Generate reports and spreadsheets for internal business groups
- Schedule inbound containers with carriers
- Perform cycle counts and generate “Stock Status” reports
- Receive and process inventory receipts and customer orders
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve issues and ensure order accuracy
- Support inventory control and data accuracy through system updates
Customer Service/Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS windows applications such as Excel, Outlook & Word
- Proficient in using a Warehouse Management and SAP system
- Must be client customer service driven and orientated
- Possible lifting and carrying up to a maximum of 50 lb. packed boxes.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
