Welder
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our fence fabrication and installation team. The ideal candidate will have experience in MIG welding and working with steel or iron to build and repair high-quality fencing products.

Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Fabricate and weld metal components for residential and commercial fencing
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
- Perform MIG welding on steel, iron, and other materials
- Grind, cut, and finish welded parts for clean and secure joints
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and structural integrity
- Assist with fence installation when needed
Welder Qualifications:
- 1+ years of welding experience (MIG preferred)
- Ability to lift 75lbs and maneuver heavy materials
- Familiarity with fencing materials and fabrication techniques preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable and able to work in various weather conditions
- Valid Driver's License required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
