Journeyman Lineman
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Journeyman Lineman to install, maintain, and repair electrical power systems. This role involves working with high-voltage lines, both overhead and underground, and requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and technical excellence.

Journeyman Lineman Details:
Direct Hire position- $
40.00 to $ 60.00 / hour First Shift ( Sunday throughSunday from 12:00am to12:00pm )
- Construct, maintain, and repair overhead and underground electrical distribution and transmission systems.
- Install and replace transformers, insulators, switches, conductors, and other electrical components.
- Operate specialized equipment such as bucket trucks, digger derricks, backhoes, and trenchers.
- Inspect and test power lines and auxiliary equipment to identify faults or hazards.
- Respond to outages and emergency call-outs, often in adverse weather conditions.
- Perform rigging and climbing duties on poles and towers.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and industry standards.
- Train and mentor apprentice linemen and assist in their development.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Journeyman Lineman Qualifications:
- Completion of a certified lineman apprenticeship program.
- Proven experience in line work, preferably with a utility or contractor.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Strong understanding of electrical theory and safety practices.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
- NFPA 70E - Classroom training and hands on.
- Power line Journeyman license (TDLR if Texas)
- DOT Number
- Aerial lift (Bucket truck training/certification)
- H2S training certificate or copies or card
- PEC or Basin United wither one.
