Production Team Lead
We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-driven Production Shift Lead / Operator to oversee shift operations within our high-precision surface treatment department. This role is key to maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and supporting team performance through hands-on leadership and process coordination.

Production Team Lead Details:
Temporary position- $
21.00 to $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 10:00pm to06:30am )
- Oversee and coordinate shift activities to ensure maximum productivity and smooth workflow
- Monitor break timing, ensure proper documentation, and conduct in-process quality inspections
- Load/unload component fixtures for product cleaning, PVD processing, and shipment prep
- Perform initial inspection of raw materials and final inspection of products before shipment
- Execute inventory transactions for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to ensure accuracy
- Perform daily maintenance tasks (“target changes”) on coating equipment using basic tools and reference schematics
- Train and onboard new DST operators, promoting process understanding and safety compliance
- Conduct quality control on finished goods (FPE) to maintain high-quality standards
- Track and report production output; contribute ideas to improve throughput and efficiency
- Complete scheduled safety and audits to maintain a clean and compliant work environment
Production Team Lead Qualifications:
- Prior experience in manufacturing, especially PVD or surface treatment processes, is preferred
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Experience with quality audits, inventory systems, or ERP software is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 20+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a production environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
