Contact Center Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time and Part Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 08:00am to07:00pm )
- Training is 8:30a-5:00p full time, or 8:30a-2:30p part time Monday-Friday for 1+ month until completed
- After training, will need to work 50% of Saturdays and at least 2 late shifts/week (getting off at 7 pm)
- Starting pay depends on previous related experience, up to $18.00/hr
- Taking calls from members to resolve issues and answer various questions regarding accounts, loans, rates, etc
- Work well with other departments as needed to provide the necessary information and solutions to callers
Contact Center Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Consistent work history with extensive customer service experience. Financial and/or phone based experience strongly preferred
- Ability to understand and professionally communicate information to members
- Office dress work environment
- Able to work well both individually and in a team based environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
