Office Assistant for Warehouse, Night Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift ( Sunday throughThursday from 10:00pm to06:30am )
- Perform general administrative duties, including truck billing, scheduling, filing, data entry, scanning, and copying.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally.
- Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. Support team projects and other tasks as assigned.
Office Assistant for Warehouse, Night Shift Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to quickly and easily learn new computer software programs.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
