RSA Production Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 10:00pm to06:00am )
- Set up machines and prepare tools for daily production.
- Load programs and adjust tooling, work-holding devices, and offsets as needed.
- Operate machining and laser cutting equipment efficiently and safely.
- Conduct 1st piece inspections using manual measuring tools.
- Troubleshoot minor issues involving mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or electrical components.
- Document maintenance, repairs, and production activities.
- Keep work area clean and organized; perform routine cleaning and lubrication.
- Maintain quality standards and comply with OSHA, ISO 14001, and TS16949 requirements.
RSA Production Machine Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating production machinery.
- Basic understanding of CNC or Swiss lathe operation.
- Ability to read blueprints and use manual measuring tools.
- Experience with Fanuc controls and interpreting GD&T tolerances preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent attendance record.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
