Customer Accounting Assistant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 07:00am to06:00pm )
- Greeting customers and answering the phone
- Assisting in basic accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Assist in the administration of the credit program
- Promote sales and asks questions to identify customer wants and needs in a family orientated and fun team environment
- Scheduled hours & days will be between the hours of 7am - 6pm, Monday through Saturday. Day’s off rotates from week-to-week.
Customer Accounting Assistant Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years administrative and bookkeeping or basic accounting experience required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude with high level of customer service
- Basic understanding of accounts payable and receivables
- Dress code: no visible tattoos or piercings
- Valid drivers' license and good driving record
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
