Sales Administrator


Direct hire, Sales Administrator role at a product manufacturer. Will assist department with administrative duties, project coordination and communications between teams. Mon-Fri, full time hours, in office daily in Bryan, OH area. $50K - $55K DOE + strong benefits.

Sales Administrator Details:

  • Direct Hire position
  • $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 /annually
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
  • Assist department with administrative duties and organization of electronic and hardcopy files
  • Communicate deadlines between departments and vendors
  • Track and/or obtain necessary items for orders / projects and share between teams if needed
  • Schedule meetings / calls as needed
  • Data entry into systems, order entries etc.
  • Keep teams on schedule with order deadlines

Sales Administrator Qualifications:

  • Experience with administrative, sales or project coordination
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Microsoft Office 
  • ERP software experience a plus
  • Associates Degree preferred
