Description
Project Coordinator
Direct hire, Project Coordinator role in the design department at a packaging manufacturer. Will assist department with project coordination and communications between sales group, clients and others to ensure project execution. Mon-Fri, full time hours, in office daily in Bryan, OH area. $50K - $55K DOE + strong benefits.

Project Coordinator Details:
Direct Hire position- $
50,000.00 to $ 55,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Review and monitor customer orders including customer design reqs and work with production to fulfill projects.
- Assist department with administrative duties and organization of electronic and hardcopy files.
- Coordinate artwork flow from receipt to approved design working with pre press supplier.
- Coordinate art files between sales group, clients and pre press.
- Using SAP to create timing & bookings, order entry and schedules.
- Communicate deadlines between departments and vendors.
- Track and/or obtain necessary items for orders / projects and share between teams if needed.
- Work closely with Production Manager and Logistics Manager to ensure build to schedule is maintained.
- Schedule meetings / calls as needed
- Data entry into systems, order entries etc.
- Keep teams on schedule with order deadlines
Project Coordinator Qualifications:
- Experience with administrative, sales or project coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Microsoft Office
- SAP software experience a plus
- Associates Degree in Art, Design or project management or related field preferred
