Production Assistant – Woodworking Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:30pm )
- Float/Dowel Assistant
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Assist with housekeeping and other tasks as assigned
Production Assistant – Woodworking Qualifications:
- Act as the off-bearer at the Edge Bander machine
- Inspect parts for quality issues (e.g., glue height, scalping, chips, end trims)
- Communicate clearly with the machine operator about part quality
- Ensure parts are handled without damage and loaded onto carts efficiently
- Prepare cleaned parts for efficient processing at the Dowel station
- Sand products in preparation for finishing
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
