Bilingual Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Supervise and work alongside production line associates to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members
- Collaborate closely with clients and staffing agencies to maintain workflow
- Manage scheduling, attendance, and address workforce needs
- Support a positive and safe team environment on the floor
Bilingual Supervisor Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in production or manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills, bilingual a plus
- Ability to recruit, onboard, and train new associates effectively
- Comfortable collaborating with clients and staffing agencies to ensure smooth operations
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
