Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 to $ 21.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:00am to04:00pm )
- Executing safe work practices and aiding colleagues with safety responsibilities as requested by clients
- Understanding and maintaining effective communication channels with work partners, chemical teams, frac crews, and the customer.
- Managing a workstation that may include, but is not limited to, setup/teardown, pumping operations, water management in storage tanks/facilities, and layflat hose management.
- Operating equipment including, but not limited to, truck/trailer, skid steer, telehandler, man basket, water pumps, filter pods, frac tanks, and compressors.
- Applying time management strategies and efficiencies from the start of the shift to its conclusion.
- Providing daily updates during the shift regarding job status (e.g., water/pump reports).
- Completing safety Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and submitting them to the Senior Operator or Job Site Lead on a daily basis.
Operator Qualifications:
- Must have own form of transportation
- Must have previous experience working in all weather
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
