Quality Control Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 03:00pm to11:00pm )
- Manage and maintain customer accounts, shipment records, and service information.
- Track shipments, create and process invoices, and resolve customer billing or tracking issues.
- Use systems and databases to run and summarize operational reports and support quoting processes.
- Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and promote a safe work environment.
Quality Control Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in logistics, shipping, or customer service strongly preferred. Proficiency in data entry, invoice processing, and report generation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and resolve issues.
- Must pass standard background and drug screening.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
