A well-established aircraft manufacturing facility is seeking skilled Machinists, Programmers and Leads to join their team in Central Point on the swing shift!

Machinist Programmers Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
26.22 to $ 38.52 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift
- Set up and operate manual and CNC machines to manufacture and repair precision parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and specs
- Create and edit CNC programs using Mastercam
- Use precision measuring tools to inspect and verify quality
- Support or lead team members depending on level
Machinist Programmers Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a machining or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, GD&T, and shop math
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficient with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
- Familiarity with CNC equipment and programs such as Mastercam is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Leadership and training experience for lead roles
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred for lead role)
- Valid Driver's License
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
