A well-established aircraft manufacturing facility is seeking skilled Machinists to join their team in Central Point on the day and swing shifts!

Machinist II Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
29.96 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
- Set up and operate a variety of machine tools (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.) to produce precision parts Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production concerns
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Machinist II Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a machining or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of machining processes and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficient with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
- Familiarity with CNC equipment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
