3rd Shift Lead Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $25.00 to $28.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Weekend work required
  • Third Shift (11:00pm to 07:00am)
  • PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE
  • Supervise daily production or operational activities during assigned shifts
  • Monitor machinery and equipment performance; coordinate with maintenance as needed
  • Ensure adherence to production schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards
  • Assign tasks and oversee the performance of operators, technicians, and laborers
  • Train and mentor employees on safety procedures, equipment use, and SOPs
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings and safety briefings
  • Resolve on-site issues or escalate to supervisors/management when required

3rd Shift Lead Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in a heavy industrial, manufacturing, or production environment
  • 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in shift-based operations
  • Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings (if applicable)
  • Proficiency with reporting tools or basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and critical-thinking under pressure
  • Team leadership and conflict resolution
  • Time management and multitasking
  • Ability to enforce rules while promoting a positive work culture
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
