3rd Shift Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 28.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift ( 11:00pm to07:00am )
- PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE
- Supervise daily production or operational activities during assigned shifts
- Monitor machinery and equipment performance; coordinate with maintenance as needed
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Assign tasks and oversee the performance of operators, technicians, and laborers
- Train and mentor employees on safety procedures, equipment use, and SOPs
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and safety briefings
- Resolve on-site issues or escalate to supervisors/management when required
3rd Shift Lead Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in a heavy industrial, manufacturing, or production environment
- 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in shift-based operations
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings (if applicable)
- Proficiency with reporting tools or basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and critical-thinking under pressure
- Team leadership and conflict resolution
- Time management and multitasking
- Ability to enforce rules while promoting a positive work culture
