Full-Charge Bookkeeper Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Manage all aspects of general ledger accounting, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Process payroll and maintain accurate records of employee compensation.
- Prepare and submit quarterly and year-end tax filings.
- Generate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Maintain budgeting and financial forecasting to support business planning.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and company policies.
- Work with external auditors and tax professionals as needed.
- Develop and implement efficient accounting systems and processes.
Full-Charge Bookkeeper Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as Full Charge Bookkeeper
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Must have Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Proficient in QuickBooks software
- A strong understanding of GAAP & financial reporting is required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
