Quality Assurance Manager Details:
Direct Hire position- $
80,000.00 to $ 100,000.00 / annually First Shift
- Lead a team of QC inspectors who will be inspecting products from every stage including materials, pre and post-production and maintaining important documentation.
- Focus the teams’ efficiencies, Quality Assurance, departmental audits, CAPA meetings, testing and RCA’s.
- Meet with team each day to create the QC schedule and plan based on each day’s production and coordinate the plan for the day accordingly to the team.
- Coordinate who is working on what to make sure the schedule is complete, and deadlines are met.
- Participate in hiring and management of employees.
- Ensuring standard work is followed and repeated.
- CAPA completion and assignments.
- Keeping ERP system up to date with all information needed involving the team.
- Maintain certifications and audit preparations.
- Help promote a safe and organized work environment.
Quality Assurance Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in one of the following: Engineering, Architecture, Quality Management, Business Administration with work experience in related field.
- Must be able to interpret designs and plans.
- Must be able to work under the stress of deadlines.
- Must be able to react to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with management, peers, and employees.
- Must be able to follow, respect, and teach our company core values.
