Industrial Custodian
Industrial custodian needed for a manufacturing company in Jonesville. This is a temp to direct opporutnity starting at $17.00 per hour.

Industrial Custodian Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:00pm )
- Cleaning offices, bathrooms, common areas.
- Clean the chips out of the machinery and ensure that any trays of oil are drained.
- Cleans the plant floor and the production equipment as per schedule.
- Empties any necessary garbage in the plant.
- Responsible for the collection, separation, and of recycling and ensuring that recycling areas are always in clean condition.
- Responsible for wastewater storage
- Responsible for maintaining the inventory of Janitor supplies and bringing forward any shortages to the supervisor for re-ordering.
- Responsible for ensuring that all walkways and stairs are clear of snow and ice.
- Assist in the cleanup of any spills as required.
- Performs facility janitorial duties and miscellaneous duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.
- Follow proper Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
- Operate floor scrubber machine
Industrial Custodian Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is required.
- Ability to lift 50lbs and perform repetitive movements.
- Comfortable using a floor scrubber machine.
- Highly motivated and self-directed capable of multi-tasking, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Extremely detail-oriented.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Bending, twisting, reaching, grabbing, pushing, pulling, etc.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
