Our Walkerton client is seeking Door Assemblers
Door Assemblers begin at $15/hour. There is up to an additional $2/hour incentive bonus each week for perfect attendance and meeting department demands.

Production Assembly Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Assemble industrial doors and components according to work orders, blueprints, and specifications
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery to cut, drill, fasten, and align materials Inspect finished products to ensure proper fit, alignment, and function
- Perform quality checks to meet company standards
- Retrieve, measure, and prepare materials for assembly
- Load and unload parts, components, and finished products
Production Assembly Qualifications:
- Must be able to troubleshoot and communicate effectively and calmly with coworkers
- Ability to accurately measure using tape measures, calipers, etc,
- Ability to learn the operation of multiple machines
- Ability to work overtime during the week and weekend with little warning
- Read, write and understand English
- Must be quality focused
- Must be able to work in varying temperatures. Working in a manufacturing environment, depending on the season, temperatures can be as cold as 50 degrees and as warm as 110 degrees.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively, 75 occasionally
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- MUST maintain good attendance.
